Teamer is a fantastic free website and mobile app for managing your netball team.
Teamer is your FREE solution for team management, on the web or via our popular app.
Get started in minutes. Netball club management is allowed to be easy and enjoyable - we’ll show you how!
With Teamer, you can plan events and share them with players well in advance, whether that’s playing netball or socialising.
Display all of your team’s fixtures in one place, while availability and team selection is simple too.
Collecting payments as the netball team organiser takes less time. It’s all done securely online via the Teamer app.
Convenient for netball players who can pay on their phone and much less admin if you’re running a team.
Instead of sending out multiple emails and ringing up players for not paying on time, set up a Teamer page in minutes.
The first step is to create you rnetball team. This can be done quickly by the team manager, with the option to add a team name, team crest and team photo.
Each player’s team member profile can be personalised and players can fill in their key information - a photo, a bio and their favourite team and player.
In addition, the netball team manager can add private comments to each page. Members will all be visible on the member section of your Teamer page, and their details can be viewed quickly.
You can also invite other valuable team members to join you on Teamer. It doesn’t just have to be netball players - it might be coaches, parents, volunteers or anyone else who wants to be kept in the loop!
Netball fixtures can be set up in minutes on the events page. You can organise training sessions, games or tournaments and socials.
Notify your players about an extra training session this week, and the entire netball team will receive an email, SMS message or app notification, depending on their settings.
Your events page shows the events in a list view, and there is also a calendar view so you can clearly see all the netball events coming up in the next few weeks.
You can connect the team calendar to your personal Google, iCal, or Outlook calendar, and all future Teamer events will automatically be synchronised!
Netball players can set their availability with the calendar view. They just need to click and drag for the days they are unavailable, and those days will become red on their calendar.
This will be displayed on the team manager’s calendar, and the players will automatically be marked as unavailable to play in any matches scheduled during that time.
The manager can select the team lineup on the event page, and the players can respond.
Gone are the days of counting cash and trips to the bank. With Teamer, you can move all of your netball team’s payments online, saving you time and ensuring everyone pays their fees when they should.
Setting up Teamer payments is simple:
As an organiser, instead of working out who has paid or handling cash, getting paid direct to your bank account avoids all of that admin.
Your Teamer page has an image gallery, where anyone in your netball team can upload photos and videos.
Teamer also comes equipped with a document page where anyone can upload a document securely.
Sometimes you need to communicate a message to all your team members as quickly as possible.
Instead of sifting through emails, you can use your teamtalk section to share essential updates and stay in contact.
In seconds, send messages that will be seen by all team members - players, supporters and anyone else involved.
Choosing
Everyone can opt into your preferred mode of communication - email and notifications via the Teamer mobile app. All email and app notifications are free.
Teamer’s popularity comes from being really helpful for different roles within teams, clubs and community groups.
Benefits for netball coaches
Netball coaches and team managers dedicate lots of time and effort. Anything that can speed up those processes you do when organising netball has to be worth considering.
Teamer’s power lies in doing just that… to leave managers to focus on the things that matter when coaching netball teams.
Helping netball captains
Sharing the tasks of running a netball squad is one of Teame’s best features. It reduces the pressure on one person and makes a lot of sense.
Netball captains are able to enjoy all of the same team admin features.
The team creator can assign a co-organiser with the admin privileges and away you go!.
Captains can schedule training sessions, write match reports, invite new team members and plenty more.
Teamer is completely FREE to set up, and the app is free to download on Android or iOS. There is a small payment processing fee of 2.9% + 20p per transaction. Fees will differ in other countries, so make sure to check the payments section here to find out more about fees outside the UK.
